excellence.  The restaurant features the finest and freshest
ingredients from local markets, farms and independent growers
fused into an eclectic menu that is always innovative and creative.  
Chef Jim McCullough grew up in Rappahannock County.  He pursued
the culinary arts from Alaska's Denali Wilderness Lodge, Prince
William Sound and the Inner Passage to Mexico's Baja and on to the
Caribbean before returning to meld those influences with the
specialties of home.
