Cancellation/No Show Policy:

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves
little chance of filling the reserved space. For this reason, the Inn reserves the right to charge
for a last minute cancellation.  We understand that circumstances arise where a cancellation is
necessary so we will do our best to work with you.  Each guest is responsible for the full length
of his/her reservation. If cancellations are made less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, we
will do everything in our power to resell your room.  If we are not able to resell your room we
can charge you for the full amount and issue you a gift certificate to be used for a future stay.  
Our guests are welcome to send someone else in their place.

We do charge in full without refund if you make a reservation and do not show up or call.  We
are more than willing to accommodate any needs or last minute requests but we ask that you
respect our establishment by phoning us if you can't make it.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is permissible in designated areas only- the pub, the terrace and
the balconies.

Pet Policy: The Blue Rock Inn is a pet friendly establishment.  Our mascot is a cat named
Blue who we adopted.  He was strolling around the barn one day, the Chef/Owner Jim
McCullough invited him in and he's been with us ever since.  We have one room where your
pets can stay.  We ask that you maintain control of your pets and keep them in the spaces
provided for you.
