The Blue Rock Inn Cooking Classes
Taught by Chef Gerard Pangaud

Learn simple and effective ways to impress your family and guests with classical French cooking techniques taught by famed chef, Gerard Pangaud. Each cooking class begins at 10 am and finishes by 1 pm and includes a two-hour demonstration on the preparation of dishes followed by a one-hour seated luncheon. The luncheon is served in the dining room and consists of the dishes prepared during the demonstration class. Wines, hand-selected by Chef Pangaud, will be paired with each dish.

Particulars

The cost per class is $65, all inclusive. A discount of $10 a class is available if you book and pay for four or more classes at one time. There will be no refunds if unable to attend, but you may transfer the reservation to another person or another later class session, and must be used this year. There will be no carryover of unused classes to the next season. Classes will be held every other Saturday June through December 2010. Give them as a gift to a friend or loved one. Book Today!
